Poing's youth development efforts also did not go unnoticed by Ebersberg District Administrator Rudolf Niedergesäß, who presented the awards ceremony for the painting competition in the club's long-standing school project. Erwin Zimmermann, Chairman of the Bundesliga first division club, emphasized: "We are pleased that our District Administrator is interested not only in our competitive sports, but also in our grassroots work." Bundesliga player Christine Friedlein added: "Our A-youth team, which is very successful even beyond Munich's borders, consists of players who have mostly been with the club for seven or eight years." Lukas Holzinger and Philipp Montag, who is even part of the Bavarian state team, have already won Munich championships several times in various age groups.

Not all children who are enthusiastic about bowling stick with the game or the club over the years. But just recently, there was a reunion with one of the youngsters from the first season in 2006. Poing's second men's team was clipping path service missing a player, so Simon Holzinger stepped in – without training and wearing a rental jersey – and scored 437 pins per 100 throws.

For several years now, SKK Poing has been participating in project groups at Poing schools and offers two-hour "sport bowling" classes once a week. Numerous group games are used to engage the children in an age-appropriate manner and introduce them to the sport of bowling.

The DKBC Seal of Quality for youth work within the association is available in three levels and has been available for applications since October 1, 2015, for 2016 (and is valid until 2018).

Previous recipients of the award were Blau-Weiß Auma , KV Liedolsheim , and FAF Hirschau . Successful applications have been received from SV Geiseltal Mücheln, TSG Kaiserslautern, and TSV Ebermannstadt.
