Why do we have good scripts?

Let's get back to the basics. Script - a conversation scenario for the operator, a document consisting of conversation blocks described by phrases. In other words, a conversation scenario for the operator.
The script is the basis of sales. You can call a lot, you can call well, the script can be bad.
Why are your scripts so expensive?
Is 5000 for a script that we edit an infinite number of times during the call expensive? The price will increase in the spring, because we are implementing many new features.
Why do we edit scripts at all? The market is changing, approaches cell phone database need to be changed, edits need to be made as the market responds. There is no other way.
Competitors write a script once and everything is ok!
Well, actually, it's "not ok". Competitors write, call 500-1000 contacts at once and give you a report. You can't do anything, because the terms of the contract have been fulfilled.
Remember, you CANNOT make 1 version of the script. The script is adjusted to the product, target and market at a given moment in time. The script may become outdated in a year.
And the operator needs to be trained according to the script, which means no flow charts. They exclude live conversation.
Why not use a script designer?
Because there will be a lot of common phrases. The operator must know the script and be able to answer in an unconventional way. Otherwise, the sale will be ruined. Are the clients fools and do not see the difference between live speech and the operator's speech?!
Only live speech and knowledge of the script.
Well, other call centers copy each other and everything is ok!
Let us repeat again, it is not ok.
We developed the script-writing methods we use now after 6 years. Every six months to a year, the scripts change. How else? There is no universal solution to working with people, except for a rifle.
The script must be written correctly. It must be written by an experienced manager-marketer. Then - edits for the market reaction.
