There will be no discounts. We respect you!

What are telemarketing discounts?
Sometimes clients ask about discounts. What nonsense? Are we b2c?!!

Anyway, let's start with the theory. What is a discount? A reduction in the cost of a product to increase its attractiveness to the client. Discounts are given when the product is not bought at all. Or rather, not quite like that...

When do they give discounts?
The product is not bought, but needs to be sold
Need to sell the product urgently
Increase sales during the season
The general idea is that the product needs to be sold quickly.

There is no rush in advertising services
Advertising is the positioning of a product on the market. The result of an advertising campaign depends on the preparation stage. The preparation stage includes:

Target audience assessment
Development of the UCP for the target group
Project plan
Let's add that not every client is worth belgium whatsapp number data taking on. Why waste the customer's money and the company's resources on projects that are obviously unsuccessful? Nirro Call Center works with exactly this logic, other call centers think differently...

The conclusion is simple: there is no point in rushing to sell services, there are enough clients. Advertising is needed by everyone.

The discount lowers the cost, and therefore the quality
Let's remember how sales happen? Using the example of selling shoes.

Boots were purchased for 5,000 rubles, they are put on display for 9,000 rubles. What a disaster, they don't take them! We put a 20% discount, it turns out we sell for 7,200. The margin has decreased from 4,000 to 2,200. Tolerable.

They don't take it at all, and the season is coming to an end? We'll sell it for 5100... the main thing is not to lose.

Good scheme! However, the boots already exist as a finished product. The manufacturer made them and sold them to the store.

And what about services? We won't describe the whole scheme, the obvious is on the surface - employees will earn less money. Less money = lower motivation.

Even if you launch 10 projects at a discount, the motivation will not be higher, because the tasks are increasing, but the profit is not much.

Conclusion: Why risk quality for a small discount?

Something similar does exist
Nirro Call Center does not give discounts, there are approved tariffs. However, the cost of a dialogue is reduced depending on the volume. This is not a discount. Objectively, a project of 5000 dialogues is done according to a script developed during the first calls, the project has less management and intervention of a marketer, it is cheaper.
