Bulk import your shipment tracking data into your orders

Post by oariful1997 »

If you have a large inventory, it's best to create a CSV file of your orders with their tracking information. You can then bulk import this file into the Advanced Shipment Tracking extension.

This way, you won't have to manually enter order tracking details for each item shipped.

Before proceeding with this method, make sure that the CSV file you have contains the following shipment tracking information:

Order ID
Delivery service
Tracking number
Order distribution date
Delivery status, where 1 indicates the order was delivered, and 0 indicates it was not.
Here is an example of a CSV file that the extension makes available to its users:

To import a CSV file into the extension, navigate to accurate mobile phone number list WooCommerce “ Shipment Tracking ”.

Then simply go to the “CSV Import” tab.

Navigating to the CSV Import tab on the Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin page
You can click the “Choose File” button and select your spreadsheet. Then simply choose a date format.

If you wish to replace existing tracking information for all orders, check the “Overwrite tracking information” box.

Otherwise, you can leave the setting as is. The extension will add the new tracking information next to the data already present on the order tracking page.

Once done, you can click the “Continue” button to start importing the file.

Once the upload is complete, you will receive a notification like the one below.

If some imports fail, you can use the previous method of adding order tracking information individually.
